Practicum Placements

Why choose us?

At Turning Leaf we feel there’s a great opportunity to learn about the work we do, giving back to the community and helping others. Practicum placement allows you to build self-confidence, gain a sense of accomplishment, and build relationships. It is also a gateway to the workforce by testing career options of your desired path.

Not only does the role of practicum student help build organizational strength, but a student gets the chance to feature their talents and build on their own strengths as well. Completing practicum with Turning Leaf will not only uplift the student but it creates a healthier community, promotes the organization’s goals and values, and will provide a better environment for the individuals we serve.
