What is home share?

Home Share is a supportive living arrangement that matches a participant with a provider in the community.

The participant lives in the provider’s home and receives individualized support, supervision and companionship. Providers help participants develop life skills, make healthy decisions, build meaningful relationships and participate in their community.

Most importantly, Home Share offers participants the stability, connection and sense of belonging that come with being welcomed into a home.

BECOMING a Home Share Provider

Home Share Providers open their home and daily life to a participant supported by Turning Leaf.

This is a meaningful commitment with the opportunity to make a direct and lasting difference.
