Kristin Gibson

As a partner at MLT Atkins Law Firm, Kristin practices primarily in the areas of labour, employment, and administrative law, and she advises private and public sector clients on human rights, privacy, occupational health and safety, collective agreement bargaining and administration, policy drafting and discipline. Kristin represents employers in interest and rights arbitrations, and in defending wrongful dismissals and human rights complaints. Kristin brings her extensive law knowledge to the Turning Leaf Board of Directors and is grateful to be part of helping to achieve the organization’s mission of providing unconditional acceptance and empowering change to marginalized individuals.
